Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were on the small side and not very clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially with a wedding arrangement. The location is fantastic, close to the city center and the Congress Center, although some tapestry decorations were unsettling. The dining options were a bit pricey, but the included breakfast exceeded expectations.
The hotel is conveniently located for the center and motorway access, very good if you arrive by car. The rooms were average and not worth the price, but they had everything one could want. Service had a mix of pleasant and concerning experiences. The location was very good, ideal to visit Aachen city or the Eurogress, with nice views to the park. Dining was decent with enough choices but a bit chaotic. Facilities offered standard amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very big and quiet, creating a nice atmosphere, but they were a bit tired, dirty, and had a strange smell by the late afternoon. The service was absolutely amazing and the staff, particularly the receptionist, were very friendly, efficient, and always pleasant. The location was quite nice, although not as central as I would have preferred, but it was comfortable with lovely spots for coffee and tea. The dining experience was splendid with a wonderful range of choices, including freshly prepared cooked food by a chef, but guests seemed to show up in rather casual attire, even in shorts and pyjamas.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to the city park and convenient for accessing the motorway. The rooms, however, were a bit of a letdown with some maintenance issues like mold in the bathroom and dated carpet. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the parking fee seemed a bit steep. The dining experience, on the other hand, was delightful but a bit pricey. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. The rooms had some issues with maintenance and noise from neighbors, but they were clean. The service was professional and friendly. The location was convenient with some drawbacks during the holidays. The dining was a bit expensive and crowded. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
