Spa and Location Excelled
nice breakfastfriendly staffgreat bubble bath
I liked the bubble bath a lot. It was so relaxing. The location near a park worked out perfectly. Breakfast was also nice, and the staff was friendly.
The gym felt too small for a hotel this size. I also noticed there were no clear rules posted near the swimming pool or sauna.

mixed feelings about my stay
vast selectionroom updatingjammed door
the breakfast had a vast selection and was to suit every taste. it had more than i expected.
i felt the room needed updating. the door jammed in the architrave, it needed force to open it. i asked about it as soon as i arrived but this wasnt fixed .
the breakfast buffet was varied. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection (it was a nice touch). the hotel's location is quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the staff members i interacted with were helpful and courteous.
the tv operating system was not user-friendly. i found it difficult to navigate the available channels. the minibar in the room was empty upon arrival. i had to request items from the reception, and a minimum purchase of four items was required. some furniture in my classic comfort room showed signs of wear. there were visible scratches on some surfaces.
